We will learn the four sequences of Falun Gong. These are gentle exercises that work with the energy of our body and the energy of the universe. Most of them are performed standing up, for some we will sit on cushions. We will end with a 15 minute meditation.
Falun Gong (or Falun Dafa) is a spiritual and health cultivation method rooted in Buddhist qigong practice, developed and made available by Li Hongzi in the 1990’s. Today there are millions of Falun Gong practitioners around the world
